We proudly offer free shipping to anywhere in the US on select products!

US Customers

We offer same-day shipping, on orders placed before 12 pm EST, Monday through Friday. Orders received Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday, before 12 pm. Please allow 3 – 5 days for delivery of your order with First Class mail (within the US). If your order is not received within 15 business days, please contact our customer service department at info@ShopPharmacyCounter.com. Prior to placing an order with us, please make sure you read, understand and agree to the below terms of service.

• I understand I may not cancel my order or request a refund once my item has been shipped. For a refund to be processed, I must return the purchase, within a sealed package, in like-new condition.
• I understand that shipping times are not guaranteed delivery dates and no refunds can be issued for shipping if the item arrives after the estimated delivery date.
• I understand that if I provide an incorrect shipping address which complicates delivery, I cannot receive a refund.
• I agree that I will be responsible for all shipping charges in the event of a return.
• I understand that shipping will not be refunded to me.

International Customers

You must understand that it is your responsibility to ensure the product will pass customs into your country. If customs seizes the package, we will be unable to issue a refund. However, if customs returns the package to us, we will authorize a refund to you (excluding shipping costs).
